We’re a family-run business, deeply rooted in values that span generations. As we expand, we’re looking for multiple Seasonal Workers (Farm Hand/Production Workers/Forklift Operators) to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms team based in Bundaberg, QLD.

The season will commence on end of March or early April 2026.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Previous farm and production/warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Current Driver’s License and transport.
• Forklift Licence and experience
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to stay for the whole harvest period.
• Evidence of work rights.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to WHS requirements.
• Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
