At RoboFit Wollongong, we’re not just delivering therapy – we’re rewriting what’s possible in neurorehab. Every day we help clients living with neurological conditions celebrate their 1% wins that build into life-changing progress.

If you’re a curious, compassionate, and values-driven new graduate Physiotherapist who’s excited by innovation, teamwork and purpose-led impact, we’d love to meet you.

Why You’ll Love Working at RoboFit

  • Purpose-Driven Team – Live our values: We Win Together, Drive Change, Pick Up the Broom, Spread Joy, and Climb Mountains
  • Celebrate 1% Wins – See real change in your clients’ lives and feel connected to the impact you’re making
  • Professional Growth – Personal PD budget, extensive in-service PD calendar, and our peer-led RoboPals mentoring program to help you thrive

Hear from the Team

“The community we have here exists to be a safe, empowering and inclusive place. As a team, we win together, rise together, challenge each other and work to spread joy. We’re constantly learning to ensure we deliver gold standard, evidence-based treatments aligned with client goals and strengths.”

— Jess Reid, Neuro Physiotherapist & Wollongong Team Lead

About the Role

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as:

  • Spinal cord injury
  • Stroke
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
  • Chronic pain and other complex neuro presentations

This is a hands-on, person-centred role blending conventional neuro physiotherapy with the world’s first neuro-controlled exoskeleton – the Hybrid Assistive Limb (HAL).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised therapy using both traditional and tech-enabled interventions
  • Collaborate with Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists in a multidisciplinary clinic environment
  • Support clients across a range of funding schemes (NDIS, iCare, DVA, SIRA, MAC)
  • Prepare clinical documentation and reports to support client outcomes and funding access
  • Build strong connections with clients, families, and support networks
  • Participate in regular mentoring, PD sessions, and clinical case reviews

What You Bring

  • We know you’re early in your career – what matters most is your attitude and values. You’ll need:
  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
  • Passion for working with the neurological population
  • A collaborative and compassionate mindset
  • CPR & First Aid certifications, WWCC, and Police Check
  • Driver’s licence (local travel may be required)
  • Experience in neurorehab is a bonus – but not essential. We’ll support you with structured onboarding, shadowing, and mentoring.

About Our Clients

Our clients come to RoboFit for the people. They may be curious about the tech, but they stay for the connection, consistency, and hope. We focus on meaningful progress that helps them live a bigger life outside the clinic than when they walked in.

About RoboFit

RoboFit is reimagining what neurological rehabilitation can be. We combine cutting-edge neuroplasticity research, evidence-based therapy, and technology like the Hybrid Assistive Limb (HAL) to support people living with neuro conditions to achieve their goals – one session at a time.

We are growing – and so is our impact. Join us to be part of a team where innovation meets empathy.
