About the role:
- Support physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in delivering high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation.
- Assist with client preparation, exercise supervision, and technology setup.
- Provide friendly, professional administrative support — managing bookings, welcoming clients, and coordinating schedules.
- Help maintain client records, assist with reporting, and liaise with funding bodies (NDIS, DVA, NIISQ).
- Work closely with clients, their families, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support the wider clinic team with day-to-day operations.
About you:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (desirable) or experience in a health/rehab setting.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- A compassionate, client-focused approach and ability to build trust with clients and families.
- Proficiency with administrative systems and attention to detail.
- CPR & First Aid certification and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.
