We are looking for Exercise Physiologists to join our growing team across our RoboFit clinics in NSW, VIC, and QLD, in part-time, contract, or full-time roles. About our clients

We support people living with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions to improve daily function, quality of life, and independence in walking and transfers. Meaningful change begins with human connection. Through consistent support, our clinical team helps clients achieve the 1% wins that build lasting transformation.

About the role

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to clients with spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson’s disease, FND, stroke, chronic pain, and other conditions.
  • Apply exercise physiology frameworks alongside innovative technology (training provided).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and EPs across our clinics.
  • Support clients across NDIS, DVA, NIISQ and other schemes; write reports as required.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education, mentoring, and case reviews.
  • Build meaningful connections with clients, families, and support networks.

About you

  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA registration).
  • Passion for working with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Collaborative, creative, curious, and compassionate approach to care.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Current CPR & First Aid certifications, Working With Children Check.
  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally if required.
  • Experience with neurological clients is ideal (not essential).
