Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment, machinery, or systems according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor and control processes to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform pre-starts on equipment to prevent malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Document and report operational data, including production rates, downtime, and quality control measures.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Current HR ticket essential
• Excavator ticket is a plus
• Water cart driving experience essential
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Operator or similar role in any industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various types of machinery or equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
