The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior lawyer (minimum 8 years post admission experience in Wills & Estates) to join our thriving Wills & Estates practice. This is a hands on, client facing role offering exposure to a diverse and engaging mix of work, including estate planning, probate and estate administration and contested estates litigation.

Beyond technical excellence, this role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys mentoring, business development and contributing to the strategic growth of a practice. There is a clear pathway to leadership.

About You

You will be a confident, motivated and commercially minded lawyer who:

• Has at least 8 years experience in Wills & Estates

• Brings strong technical expertise

• Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team

• Has a genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers

• Is a leader and prepared to contribute to the firm’s long term success

• Is organised, proactive and client focused

• Enjoys business development and building lasting client relationships
