About the Role

As our Repair Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of repair works for our customers. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate contractors, liaise with clients and insurers, and monitor budgets and KPIs to deliver excellent customer outcomes. This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely while keeping customers informed and supported throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate building repairs and insurance claims, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality completion of works       Monitor project progress, costs, and compliance with budgets, KPIs, HSEQ standards, and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, update project schedules, and provide professional documentation to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and subcontractor performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support and mentor team members, contributing to a collaborative, motivated, and service-oriented culture

About You

  • Proven experience in construction, insurance repairs, or project coordination, with strong knowledge of repair works and building codes      
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes of works and provide the best solutions for clients    
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to liaise confidently with customers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively   
  • High attention to detail, including budgeting, documentation, and reporting  Positive, proactive, and motivated with a collaborative team approach
