About the Role
As our Customer Delivery Coordinator, you will support customers and partners as homes and businesses are repaired following unexpected events or disasters. You will manage a portfolio of insurance repair claims from allocation through to completion, coordinating emergency make-safe works, property assessments and repairs. Working closely with customers, insurers, brokers, trades and internal teams, you will ensure repairs progress safely, efficiently and in line with service level agreements. This fast-paced role requires strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to provide clear updates and empathetic support to customers
throughout the repair journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims manage a portfolio of insurance repair claims from allocation through to completion and invoicing
- Coordinate emergency make-safe works and engage appropriate trades following property damage events
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and support throughout the repair journey
- Coordinate property assessments and schedule bookings with customers, assessors and trade contractors
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and internal teams to ensure KPIs and service level agreements are met
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and updates across internal and partner systems
About You
- Previous experience in a claims processing or coordination role
- Experience in construction or property insurance/ repair industry (highly regarded)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with
customers and stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage customer information
- Empathetic, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
