As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating area
• Oversee coffee machine settings and perform routine maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Assist in training new staff members as required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience preferred
• Experience in front of house roles
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
