RS is seeking a dynamic Head of Repossessions to lead our team and play a key role supporting our Executive Leadership Team in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Business Development- Recoveries and Repossessions, the Head of Repossessions is responsible for the execution of strategic priorities and leadership of service delivery excellence across the department. You will oversee a high performing team and network of field agents, ensuring exceptional client service, strong compliance, and efficient workflow management.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated team to achieve outstanding performance and client outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end repossession service delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
- Maintain and strengthen day-to-day client and agent relationships that support broader business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery
- Support the GMBD in strategic planning and contribute insight across the business unit.
- Provide leadership support across other operational areas when required
This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with strong repossessions experience and broader exposure to recoveries or related service delivery environments
About You
We’re looking for a confident, ethical, and commercially minded leader who can balance operational detail with strategic thinking.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in repossessions, debt recovery, or broader recoveries service delivery operations
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 10+ in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
- The ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across multiple business divisions
