RS is seeking a dynamic Head of Repossessions to lead our team and play a key role supporting our Executive Leadership Team in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Business Development- Recoveries and Repossessions, the Head of Repossessions is responsible for the execution of strategic priorities and leadership of service delivery excellence across the department. You will oversee a high performing team and network of field agents, ensuring exceptional client service, strong compliance, and efficient workflow management.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a dedicated team to achieve outstanding performance and client outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end repossession service delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Maintain and strengthen day-to-day client and agent relationships that support broader business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery
  • Support the GMBD in strategic planning and contribute insight across the business unit.
  • Provide leadership support across other operational areas when required

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with strong repossessions experience and broader exposure to recoveries or related service delivery environments

About You

We’re looking for a confident, ethical, and commercially minded leader who can balance operational detail with strategic thinking.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in repossessions, debt recovery, or broader recoveries service delivery operations
  • Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 10+ in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
  • The ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across multiple business divisions
