About the Opportunity

As our Client Service Officer, you’ll be responsible for quality controlling audits completed by field auditors, ensuring every report meets client requirements and provides an accurate assessment of dealer performance. This role combines quality assurance, system management, and stakeholder communication in a professional, supportive environment. You’ll serve as the key communication point between field auditors, clients, and dealerships via email and the phone queue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quality control reviews of audits to ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Verifying accuracy of VIN number verification and asset inspection reports
  • Managing audit systems, schedules, and maintaining dealer and auditor information
  • Responding to queries from clients, field auditors, and dealership groups professionally
  • Identifying discrepancies and ensuring all work meets internal and legislative standards

About you

You have a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and take pride in delivering quality work. You understand the importance of accuracy in quality assurance and thrive in an environment where your attention to detail makes a real difference.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, quality control, or audit support role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work accurately with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
