About the Opportunity

As our Administration Officer, you’ll be an integral part of our Repossessions team, providing crucial administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly. This hands-on role offers variety, excellent learning opportunities, and the chance to develop your skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data entry, record keeping, and database maintenance
  • Responding to queries from clients, agents, and stakeholders via email and phone
  • Communicating professionally through multiple channels including CRMs and other systems
  • Supporting the team with administrative overflow and assisting with department projects
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with privacy and client procedures

About you

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. You take pride in delivering quality work, can manage multiple priorities, and understand the importance of accuracy and professionalism in everything you do.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
