Position Summary:

The Senior PDM leads all aspects of utility-scale solar PV, battery storage, and hydrogen hybrid project development from inception to completion. This critical role requires strategic vision, expertise, and in-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project development strategy for solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hydrogen integration.

• Identify and evaluate potential projects.

• Establish and oversee project timelines, budgets and milestones.

• Ensure design and engineering standards are met.

• Stay current on industry trends including solar PV innovation, battery storage, hydrogen integration.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to secure permits and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permitting processes.

• Understanding project finance and investment analysis.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present regular reports on progress, budgets, and metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of solar PV and BESS project development experience.

• Extensive knowledge of solar PV, BESS, hydrogen tech, regulations, incentives.

• Proven experience developing Solar+BESS, standalone BESS and Solar+BESS+Hydrogen projects.

• Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, financial modeling and project management abilities.
