Job Title: Project Development & Investment Officer

Location: Brisbane

Key responsibilities:

Update and maintain the Project Cost Register for each project and summary master sheet in a timely manner

Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure efficient payment processing for all PDI-related invoices

Assist the PDI head in updating budget vs. cost status on a monthly basis

Manage report drafting, taking key points from project development managers for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as weekly hurricane action lists

Translate documents between English and Chinese as needed

Oversee Online Application (OA) processes

Maintain project folders in the One Drive, ensuring timely updates with key progress documents

Record minutes of PDI team bi-weekly meetings

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Renewable energy industry experience is preferred
