About the role:
Join our team as a Casual School Holiday Care Educator. In this role you will see yourself providing high quality care and experiences to school aged children based at our in-house vacation care program in our Rise and Shine Education Head Office at Kogarah, NSW. We are looking for someone available between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday during NSW School Holiday periods (hours can be adjusted). In this role you will see yourself:
- Supervise and provide fun, high quality care to school aged children in a safe, intentional and fun way
- Plan and undertake internal programs, and excursions to various events and locations across Sydney
- Build strong relationships with our Rise and Shine families and children
- Collaborate with your team to foster a calm, enjoyable and respectful atmosphere
Your experience:
- Energetic, caring and genuinely enjoy working with children
- Confident communicator
- Valid Working With Children Check
- First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education (desirable but not essential)
