About the Role
As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will be energetic, creative, dedicated and driven to assist children with additional needs to independently engage with their peers and learning environment.
You’ll work closely with the broader team to implement tailored strategies that promote confidence, participation and a strong sense of belonging. Your ability to build trusting relationships and adapt to each child’s individual strengths and needs will be essential in helping every child truly flourish.

- Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
- Ready to support the implementation of contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
- Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk, is highly regarded
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at your own cost)
- ACECQA approved Early Childhood and/or Allied Health qualifications i.e. Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education (or working towards), are highly regarded.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including safeguarding responsibilities (or willing to develop)
- Available for permanent part-time employment on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30am–2:30pm, with flexibility as required
- Current Food Safety training (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided (completed prior to first working shift).
