About the Role

In this role, you’ll work alongside a large and inspiring team while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the holistic development of children aged 0–5 years as you contribute to a high-quality and engaging learning environment.   • Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged if not already included in your course (at your own cost).

Essential Criteria:

  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including safeguarding responsibilities (or willingness to develop)
  • Available for permanent full-time employment across service operational days and hours (Monday–Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm), with flexibility as required
  • Current Food Safety training (completed prior to first working shift)
  • Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided (completed prior to first working shift)
  • No prior industry experience required. You must be enrolled in, or willing to enrol in and complete, an ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
