We are currently seeking amazing Educators to join the team at our award-winning Early Education service in Orange, NSW!

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

  • Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
  • Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
  • Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
  • Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at your own cost).

Essential Criteria:

  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including safeguarding responsibilities
  • Available for full-time employment across service operational days and hours (Monday-Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm), with flexibility as required
  • Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, especially with supporting multiple age groups
  • ACECQA approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards one if these qualifications. Entry-level candidates may be considered (depending on capacity)
  • Current Food Safety training (completed prior to first working shift)
  • Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (completed prior to first working shift)
  • Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided (completed prior to first working shift).
