The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused casual Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team at our Newcastle branch.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of Right2Drive , delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers and ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and stress-free.
You’ll help customers complete documentation, maintain vehicle presentation standards, and ensure every delivery and collection runs smoothly. It’s a role that combines customer service, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers and referrers in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring fleet vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for use
• Assisting customers with required documentation and system submissions
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing Right2Drive with care and professionalism
About You
You’re a down-to-earth, collaborative team player with a passion for helping others. You bring a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the energy to deliver great experiences — every time.
You’ll also bring:
• A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, reliable, and friendly approach
• Experience in customer-facing or service-based roles (highly regarded)
