Customer Service Coordinator

Hurstville, New South Wales 2220, Australia • Full-time

Description

Assist. Support. Care.

At Right2Drive, we do more than help people get back on the road — we help them move forward with confidence.

When drivers are involved in accidents that weren’t their fault, we provide a seamless, stress-free replacement vehicle experience so they can focus on what matters most.

With a growing presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, we’re proud to deliver clarity, care, and confidence when people need it most.

Our team takes care of the details — managing claims, coordinating logistics, and supporting customers every step of the way. And now, we’re looking for someone who shares that same commitment to great service.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Drive Support Expert (Customer Service Coordinator) to join our Drive Support Hub (Contact centre).

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice helping people get back on the road — guiding customers through the replacement vehicle process, arranging vehicle bookings, and ensuring every interaction is clear, caring, and efficient.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team, handling inbound and outbound calls, and taking ownership of customer experiences from start to finish. Every day is different, and every call is an opportunity to make someone’s day better.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering exceptional customer service on every call, focusing on empathy, efficiency, and professionalism

• Handling inbound and outbound leads, ensuring all are actioned within agreed KPIs

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across customer files

• Coordinating replacement vehicle bookings with precision and attention to detail

• Working collaboratively with other teams to deliver a seamless, stress-free experience for our customers

About You

You’re a proactive, reliable, and customer-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in providing quality service with both efficiency and empathy, and you love finding ways to make a difference in someone’s day.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in a call centre or customer focused environment (essential)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change

• Great attention to detail and a passion for getting things right

• Knowledge of the insurance, credit hire, or motor vehicle hire industry (highly regarded)

Why Join Us

• Be part of a supportive, customer-first team that truly makes an impact

• Gain valuable experience in a growing national business

• Access great company benefits, including paid parental leave, employee referral bonuses, and more
