The Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Claims Coordinator to join our supportive and fun Claims team.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of motor vehicle claims — assessing files, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring every customer receives the exceptional service we’re known for.
No two days are the same. You’ll balance problem-solving, customer care, and strategic thinking — all while helping our customers get back on the road with confidence.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Assess motor vehicle claims, determine eligibility and liability, and approve or reject claims.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls and emails) with customers, insurers, repairers, and third parties in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date claim files and portfolios.
• Deliver positive customer service experiences and professionally represent Right2Drive with all stakeholders, customers, insurers and repairers.
