Are you passionate about compliance and detail-driven processes? Retail Food Group is looking for a Compliance Administrator to support wage compliance and sales through case management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and high-quality reporting across our national and international network.

This is a part-time role based in Robina, QLD

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning and managing Salesforce case workflows across wage compliance and sales reporting, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Conducting quality checks on wage compliance cases and supporting audit readiness and reporting requirements
  • Coordinating store observation activities with internal stakeholders to drive accurate and timely outcomes
  • Supporting compliance reporting, including monthly board reporting and maintaining high data integrity
  • Managing sales reporting cases, ensuring all data is current, accurate and consistently maintained
  • Partnering with the Compliance Data Analyst to support reporting outputs and identify key trends or issues
  • Assisting with compliance communications to Franchise Partners and maintaining up-to-date documentation
  • Providing general administrative support, including meeting minutes, document management and ad hoc tasks

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented compliance professional who thrives on maintaining accuracy and integrity in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You’ll bring strong administrative and systems experience (ideally Salesforce), a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach to working with franchise partners and internal teams to support wage compliance, sales reporting, and high-quality data management across the business.

You’ll Also Bring:

  • Previous experience with using Salesforce is highly regarded
  • Previous payroll experience in Retail, Fast Food, Food Service is highly regarded
  • Ability to extrapolate and analyse data efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
