What You’ll Do

As our Corporate Services Officer, your days will be varied and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Administration

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Process purchase orders & credit card transactions

• Complete bank reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable & receivable

• Assist with budgeting processes

• Perform end-of-month tasks and prepare financial statements

Operational & Administrative Support

• Support the Corporate Services Manager & Senior Finance Officer

• Maintain recordkeeping and reporting systems

• Manage documents, communication tasks, and general administrative duties

• Create internal and external materials using Canva

Governance & Compliance

• Assist with financial and tax audits

• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations

• Manage secure filing of financial and compliance documentation

Team Culture

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

• Offer support and guidance as needed
