Project Administrator

The Position

We are seeking an experienced, organised Project Administrator to support  our various projects’ operations.

This is a Perth based role in Burswood. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flights, accommodation, and travel logistics for project personnel once onboarded to the project.  
• Maintain registers (Electrical Workers, Training & Competency) and ensure compliance. 
• Book training and follow up on certifications.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Maintain site PPE stock levels and inventory if required.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate airport runs.
• Provide admin support to the Project and Operations Manager.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

About You 

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer literacy skills (MS Office, Sharepoint, Procore, Approval Max and Xero or similar).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Good attention to detail.
