We are seeking a Marketing Intern – Event Operations to join our team and be part of our growth story.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and an interest in how marketing activities — including events and campaigns — drive engagement. You’ll work closely with a fast-paced, cross-functional team where clear communication and reliability matter.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing, with opportunities to contribute to digital marketing, content, multimedia projects, and global market expansion initiatives.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Intern – Event Operations to support our B2B SaaS marketing team, with a strong focus on hands-on, in-person event execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground at events ,wants to build real operational experience and create attention grabbing content around the activity. Though the key focus with be event operations and event content, you will also get the opportunity to contribute to digital marketing, content creation, multimedia, global market initiatives and marketing startegy as part of the wider marketing team.
You’ll play a key role in delivering smooth, well-run industry events and expanding our presence.
Core Responsibilities – Event Operations
• Run and support campaigns to drive delegate attendance
• Manage attendee lists, badges, registration materials, and on-site essentials
• Coordinate venue set-up, logistics, suppliers, deliveries, and setup requirements
• Assist with post-event wrap-up and content : Create good content around the event, supporting reporting, and follow-up actions
Broader Marketing Exposure (Opportunities to Get Involved)
Alongside event operations, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to other areas of the marketing function, including:
• Creating digital and social content (event photos, reels, captions)
• Supporting content and marketing multimedia projects
• Updating CRM with event leads, notes, and insights
• Assisting with marketing research and campaign support
• Exposure to global market expansion initiatives and cross-market campaigns
What We’re Looking For
• Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable being hands-on
• Willing run and manage in-person events
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, events, or growth marketing is a plus
