The Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Manager with solid industry experience who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and operating confidently in a commercial, sales focused environment.

This role offers ownership of a client portfolio, regular engagement with underwriters and internal stakeholders, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the ongoing growth of the business.

What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients across a range of industries

• Understand client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions

• Negotiate terms and premiums with underwriters to achieve the best outcomes

• Provide responsive, high-quality service in a fast paced sales environment

• Communicate confidently with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

• Contribute to growth initiatives and support new business opportunities

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a client facing account management role within the Insurance industry

• Solid knowledge of general insurance products and industry requirements

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to learn and grow

• Relevant insurance qualifications (Minimum Tier 1)
