What the role involves

As an Account Manager, you’ll deliver expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to a well-established portfolio of SME and Commercial clients. You’ll also play a key role in supporting new business growth across the SME and mid-market sectors.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic, customised insurance advice across a diverse range of industries.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong relationships through networking and client engagement.
  • Develop and present competitive insurance strategies aligned to client risk profiles and business goals.
  • Build and maintain long term, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Partner with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • We are looking for a qualified broker with Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
  • Relevant SME or Commercial broking experience with the desire to learn more
  • Strong desire to be part of a community and collaborative team environnment.
