We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Change Analyst / Trainer to support the successful delivery of key IT and business transformation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring organisational change is effectively analysed, communicated, and embedded across the business to drive adoption and minimise disruption.
About the Role
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring change initiatives align with strategic objectives and are successfully implemented across the organisation.
This is a full-time on-site role based in our Essendon Office with occasional travel to our operational site (Epping, Montrose, Hallam and Cranbourne).
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans
- Acting as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams
- Delivering clear, consistent project communications and weekly status updates
- Organising and facilitating training for business units, executive teams, project teams and end users
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, escalating where required
- Supporting the development of RACI matrices and ensuring clear role definition across projects
- Ensuring all communications and training activities deliver measurable commercial value
- Promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with IMS standards
About You
- Strong experience working on complex IT and transformation projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering change, communications, and training across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills across executive teams, business units, vendors and technical teams
- Experience across major IT initiatives such as ERP, CRM, Cyber Security, P&C, Finance, Disaster Recovery and Infrastructure projects
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI
- Proficiency in O365, Vision, Miro and project tools such as MS Project and Asana
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, IMS, IT infrastructure, software development, data lake/warehouse and cybersecurity environments
- Familiarity with standards and frameworks including Essential 8, NIST, CIS, ISO27001, ISO9001 and ISO31000
- Experience using structured training platforms
