Duty Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team in Renmark, South Australia. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services. The Duty Manager will oversee daily activities, maintain high standards of customer service, and support staff in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist in managing staff schedules and training new employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred
• Current RSA and RSG
• National Police Clearance
• Australian Permanent Residency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
