About the Role

As our Project Coordinator, you will be a central point for coordinating restoration projects and supporting the smooth delivery of works from initial claim through to completion. You will liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently, documentation is accurate, and KPIs are met. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Occasional after-hours support may be required following major events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor restoration projects against KPIs to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate project schedules and activities to support efficient workflows
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data across CRM and internal systems
  • Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders to provide updates
  • Review documentation, invoices, reports and project submissions for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide administrative support and assist with onboarding and training of new staff

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, coordination or administration
  • Experience in restoration, insurance, construction or related industries highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset committed to delivering outstanding customer service
