REFOCUS is seeking a highly skilled Finance
Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organisation. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting,
forecasting, and analysis. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior
management to develop financial strategies and ensure the financial health of
the organisation.
Pay and conditions
Permanent Part Time
Hourly pay rates range from:
$57 – $68 per hour subject to Award Rate [MA000002]
Classification level and pay rate are assessed and
determined based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can:
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
Manage financial reporting and analysis.
Prepare and present financial statements to senior management.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or related field, 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting

Criminal history check
Ability to meet REFOCUS compliance and reporting requirements
Current Drivers Licence (minimum green P’s)
Ability to work within the 10 Child Safe Standards
