🔍 About the Role
In this pivotal position, you’ll:
- Provide oversight and guidance to our junior solicitors and conveyancing staff
- Drive continuous development through mentoring, training and coaching
- Take ownership of complex property matters and support high-quality legal outcomes
- Actively build relationships with local clients, professionals, and the wider Rockhampton business community through strong networking and engagement
- Collaborate with Partners and leadership to refine internal processes and maintain excellence across our commercial division.
This role is perfect for a solicitor who enjoys leading from the front and understands the impact of great training and clear direction.

💼 What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 5+ years PAE in property law and conveyancing
- Proven experience mentoring and developing legal teams desired or a passion for supporting collective success
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- A passion for delivering both technical excellence and client-focused service
- A genuine desire to contribute to a close-knit legal team
