With an established Conveyancing Team known for exceptional client service, this opportunity has arisen to support our current demand to ensure our team have sustainable workloads to meet their client’s needs.

Our conveyancing team is known for delivering a seamless and personalised client experience, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and attention to detail. As a key member of this close-knit and highly collaborative team, you will play an integral role in managing end-to-end residential conveyancing matters while upholding our reputation for service excellence.

What You Bring:

·Proven experience in residential conveyancing (QLD)

·Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from pre-contract to post-settlement

·Excellent client service skills with a genuine commitment to providing a positive client experience

·Confidence in liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders

·High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

·Proficiency with relevant software including PEXA, Titles, VOI’s and experience with OP and NetDocuments would be highly desirable

·Ability to manage multiple matters independently with dedicated legal support and a team of property lawyers

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work

·A commitment to growing with the team and contributing to a long-term, stable working environment

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage end-to-end residential conveyancing files with autonomy and care

·Deliver high-quality, client-focused service from initial instruction through to settlement

·Coordinate with all relevant parties, including clients, agents, brokers, banks, and solicitors

·Maintain regular and clear communication with clients throughout the conveyancing process

·Prepare for and attend to settlements using electronic platforms (PEXA)

·Accurately manage file documentation, tasks, and key dates

·Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements, participating in continuous improvement initiatives

·Actively contribute to maintaining the team’s reputation for excellence in client and stakeholder engagement, including attendance to networking events

·Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture
