Reef IT is a well-established IT Solutions Provider, based in Far North Queensland, servicing clients throughout the region. We are a close-knit team, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

We are seeking a professional and dedicated person to join our Technical Support Team. The Technical Support Team provides client management, level 2 technical support, and project services for our managed clients.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Level 2 IT support position.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365/Azure Environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time
  • Current unrestricted Australian Drivers licence.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Suite of products (preferred)

Whilst this position is for a level 2 role, opportunities exist within the company for career advancement.
