We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Helpdesk Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise Suite of products (preferred but not required).
