Rental Sales Officer – Brisbane Airport

Redspot Car Rentals is seeking Casual Rental Sales Officers to join our Brisbane Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

• Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
• Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
• Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
• Cross-sales

About You

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

• Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
• Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
• Strong attention to detail
• Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
