The Role:

We are seeking a National Office Manager to play a key part within Redkite’s operations, ensuring our offices run smoothly and reflect our commitment to supporting children with cancer and their families. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Executive Assistant, this part-time role oversees day to day office coordination, facilities and technology support, and high quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders. It’s a hands on, varied position suited to someone proactive and organised, who enjoys building strong relationships with staff and suppliers to create a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations across all Redkite offices nationally. 
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, office events, travel bookings and general administration. 
  • Oversee technology logistics including equipment allocation, device audits and IT vendor coordination. 
  • Maintain office facilities, building maintenance schedules and WHS compliance. 
  • Provide high‑quality customer service to callers and email enquiries, including donation processing. 
  • Manage vendor relationships, supplier contracts and purchasing of office equipment and consumables. 
  • Support staff onboarding, offboarding and internal events. .

About You:

The position is ideal for someone who takes a customer service approach, is tech savvy and has had previous office management and facilities experience. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience managing office facilities at multiple locations 
  • Experience developing and implementing business systems and processes to create efficiencies 
  • Great communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.  
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Strong technical skills with respect to audio and visual meeting support  
  • A calm, professional and respectful demeanour with a positive, can-do attitude.
