About the role:

– Manage an established portfolio of residential properties

– Rental Provider and Renter communication

– Maintenance

– Arrears management

– Routine Inspections

– Entry and exit reports

– VCAT

Candidates must possess:

-Property Management experience

– Current agents representative certificate

– Drivers license

– Excellent presentation

– Ability to multi-task
