Join our professional, in-house lending team at Ramsey Property Wealth, where we do things differently.

We’re on the lookout for a high-performing Lending Advisor to work hand-in-hand with our in-house Buyers Agents and Property Strategists supporting our mid-high net worth investors structure their lending as we continue to grow their property portfolios in a high client care environment.

This isn’t your average brokerage role. Here, you’ll work with pre-qualified, ready-to-act clients and support them through a seamless, high-volume lending journey, from strategy to settlement, with no lead generation required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1.Client Relationship Excellence:

  • Partner closely with our Mortgage Director to onboard and manage premium client relationships.
  • Deliver a seamless client experience by being the go-to person for client communication and lending solution delivery.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and internal teams your role is all about trust, clarity, and precision at all times.

2. Portfolio Management & Loan Fulfilment

  • Actively manage and monitor client portfolios alongside our internal advisory teams.
  • Guide clients through the home loan process with speed, accuracy, compliance and a personalised touch.
  • Ensure first-time-right approvals by owning the mortgage application process end-to-end with the support of a loan processing team.

3. Internal Team Collaboration & Engagement:

  • Utilise your proven team collaboration skills to Coordinate with Mortgage Support Team, Buyer Advocates, and Property Wealth Consultants to deliver a fully integrated client experience.
  • Remove friction in the settlement journey and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed with consistent communication.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ll Have:

  • Min. 3+ years’ experience in personal or retail lending at a brokerage or financial institution
  • A sharp understanding of mortgage products and the lending landscape.
  • A track record of high-touch relationship management with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you can explain simple through to complex lending solutions with clarity and confidence.
