Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Associate Relationship Manager (Credit Analyst) to support our growing Mortgage Advice Team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in conducting credit assessments, facilitating lending applications, and ensuring smooth client experiences. With a dedicated career pathway to become a Relationship Manager within 12–18 months, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow and succeed in the lending and credit industry.
Role Responsibilities:
Credit Assessment and Analysis:
- Complete preliminary credit assessments and evaluate borrowing capacities.
- Conduct lender servicing calculations to determine client eligibility.
- Review and assess financial documents for compliance with lender policies.
Application and Documentation Management:
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate loan applications with all necessary documentation.
- Liaise with brokers and lenders to ensure high standards are met.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, and lenders to clarify application details and address queries.
- Provide timely updates on application progress and feedback.
Support and Collaboration:
- Assist the Mortgage Advice Team in structuring and packaging tailored loan proposals.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- At least 12 months in a mortgage brokerage or related banking/financial services role.
- Proven experience in preliminary credit assessments, lender servicing calculations, and borrowing capacity evaluations.
