The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Buyers Agent/Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to move fast, close strong, and work only with committed, qualified clients. This is not a sales role – you won’t be prospecting or chasing cold leads. Instead, you’ll be executing deals, conducting due diligence, negotiating off-market opportunities, and sourcing investment-grade properties for pre-qualified, buy-ready clients, at volume. You get to do the rewarding work that you signed up for when you became a professional Buyers Agent or Acquisition Specialist.

What You Bring To The Team

  • 2+ years in property acquisitions, buyer’s advocacy, or a property investment focused role
  • Current Real Estate Salesperson Certification or higher
  • Excellent deal management and negotiation skills managing buyer briefs
  • Strong understanding of yield, growth metrics, and investment fundamentals
  • Professional, commercially-minded, and ready to deliver and grow

Desirable Attributes

  • Access to off-market channels or key agent relationships that deliver you consistent off-market stock
  • Experience in local, interstate or regional investment markets
  • Experience with house & land opportunities
  • CRM (HubSpot) and due diligence workflow knowledge
