About the role
The ELO Group is seeking multiple talented Early Childhood Teachers to join our dedicated team in Smithfield, Prairiewood, Mt Vernon, Botany, Hurstville, Ruse, Minto, Spring Farm, Picton & Wilton.
As a full-time Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.
What you’ll be doing
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s curiosity and love of learning
Observe, document, and assess children’s progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
What we’re looking for
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
Working with Children Check clearance
