About the Opportunity

Radiology SA is looking for a driven Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to support our digital channels, supporting events, and day‑to‑day marketing activity across the organisation.

This role is ideal for an early‑career marketer or designer who enjoys creating content, managing platforms and supporting to campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update branded marketing and design collateral.
  • Manage social media platforms, including scheduling, posting and basic engagement monitoring.
  • Produce engaging digital content using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Maintain and update the Radiology SA website with accurate, current content.
  • Support event planning and promotional activities with collateral and logistics.
  • Develop visuals and content for internal communications and employer branding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely marketing outputs.
  • Assist the People and Culture team with employer branding activities, including recruitment campaigns, careers content and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) materials.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualification or demonstrated experience in marketing, digital media, design, communications or a related field.
  • One to three years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation or design.
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms for a business or organisation.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Able to create digital assets such as social graphics, banners and templates.
  • Familiar with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, SEMrush).
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills with good grammar and brand awareness.
  • Creative, proactive and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
