What you’ll do:

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address mental health and emotional issues.
• Develop and implement tailored counselling plans based on client needs and assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Stay updated on best practices and developments in the field of counselling and mental health

What you’ll bring

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in your discipline.
• Current membership with ACA/PACFA
• A passion for the NDIS and Aged Care sectors.
• A desire to work in a collaborative, supportive, and non-corporate environment.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
