The ideal candidate will possess:
- Carpentry trade qualification (minimum).
- QBCC Site Supervisor’s license (highly favourable).
- Construction Card (White Card)
- Insurance experience essential (estimating, assessing or
insurance repairs)
- Strong understanding of NCC, trade compliance, and QBCC
requirements
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Professional presentation and strong customer‑service skills
- A positive, solutions‑focused attitude
- Current driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn job specific
software (Prime Ecosystem)
- Willingness to obtain a Blue Card and complete a
police check
Most importantly, you must have common sense and good judgement.

About the role:
- Conducting property inspections and compiling detailed causation reports.
- Estimating residential building repairs/renovations.
- Liaising with homeowners, insurance companies, and loss adjusters.
- Supervising projects/repairs (both on-site and off-site).
- Travel to assist with other regional QLD offices.
We deliver emergency services to our customers, and when a job needs doing, regardless of the time of day, we get the job done. You will therefore be on call for the duration of a week, once every 6-8 weeks, for which you will be remunerated on top of your salary.
