Summary:

Quantum-Systems Pty Ltd, a leader in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), is seeking a Ukrainian speaking Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to our global customer base.

This role is ideal for an early to mid-career professional (2–5 years’ experience) looking to build their career in aviation and UAS technology, with exposure to international operations and defence-related projects.

About the Role

As part of our growing support function, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, support product performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

This is a practical, support-focused role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and developing their technical capability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Teams regarding Quantum-Systems products and services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues.
• Provide timely updates and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist with the analysis and resolution of product defects.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Support testing and validation of product updates.
• Deliver customer training on product usage and best practice.
• Investigate recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutions.
• About You:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a technical support or similar role.
• Background in aviation maintenance, electronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian (essential).
• Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
• Motivated to learn and grow within a technical environment.
