Registered Nurse/ CDM Nurse – Springwood

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical practice in Springwood, QLD. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional medical services. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Practice Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality clinical nursing services to patients, including health assessments and care plan development. Assisting doctors with consultations, treatments and procedures
• Providing health education and advice to patients on various health issues
• Administering medications and vaccinations as required
• Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records
• Strong clinical skills with demonstrated experience in general practice or community nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills:

• Strong clinical skills with experience in general practice or community nursing preferred

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems
• Minimum 1 year’s experience working as an RN in a General Practice setting.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working as an RN in a General Practice
• Valid police check clearance.
• Working rights within Australia.
