Registered Nurse – Bentleigh East

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical practice in Bentleigh East, Victoria. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and supporting our doctors in delivering exceptional medical services. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Practice Manager.

This is a casual position, however, part time applications will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

– Delivering high-quality clinical nursing services to patients

– Assisting doctors with consultations, treatments and procedures

– Providing health education and advice to patients on various health issues

– Administering medications and vaccinations as required

– Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records

– Participating in quality improvement activities within the practice

Skills:

– Strong clinical skills with experience in general practice or community nursing preferred

– Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach

– Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

– Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

– Experience working with electronic medical record systems

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have:

– Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

– Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

– Minimum 1 years’ experience working as an RN in a General Practice

– Valid police check clearance.

– Working rights within Australia.
