About the Program

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Allied Health degree-qualified professional to join our team as a Group Facilitator for our six-week program.

This transformative initiative is designed to support men in overcoming personal barriers, building resilience, and developing sustainable pathways for personal growth. Sessions are delivered twice a week for each location Cranbourne and Frankston, providing participants with a consistent and supportive environment to reflect, learn, and grow.

The Role

As a Group Facilitator, you will:

  • Lead engaging and structured group sessions that blend storytelling, psychoeducation, reflection, and goal setting.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive group environment where participants feel valued and heard.
  • Draw on your allied health expertise to help participants build resilience and practical strategies for change.
  • Collaborate with the Pure Insights team to ensure high-quality program delivery and participant outcomes.

About You

You are an allied health professional (e.g. Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline) who is:

  • Experience in group facilitation, therapeutic programs, or psychosocial interventions, with an understanding of the employment services sector and participant barriers.
  • Strong ability to manage group dynamics with empathy, adaptability, and professionalism.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and confidence in thinking on your feet.
  • A resilient, proactive, and ‘go-getter’ attitude with the drive to create meaningful impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust, engagement, and inclusion, with a genuine passion for supporting men to build purposeful futures.
