PTC Phone Tech & Comm is inviting Expressions of Interest for Customer Service, Sales & Device Tech roles across our Brisbane North stores, including Chermside and Indooroopilly.
This is an entry-level opportunity suited to people starting their working journey who are no longer attending high school or have recently finished and can meet the availability requirements below
Availability Requirement
To be considered, applicants must have minimum availability to work:
Thursdays (day and/or night)
Saturdays
Additional availability is highly regarded.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on retail role where you’ll stay busy, learn fast, and build confidence every shift.
You’ll:
- Welcome customers and help solve everyday tech problems
- Recommend phones, accessories, repairs, and protection services
- Learn basic device diagnostics and repairs (full training provided)
- Build sales and communication skills through real customer interactions
- Keep the store looking sharp and running smoothly
- Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment
- No two days are the same — and you’ll be learning on the job from day one.
